- Managed the Automation of Nigeria's National / Wholesale Power Sector, post-privatization for the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Market Operator.
- Led & Managed the Setup (first 12 months), Execution, Operations, Team and Sales Engagements of PowerTech, a VGG company / SBU working with the Founding Partners.
- Led the design, build and maintenance of a National Operations Control Centre inside the TCN.
- Managed the Automated Meter Reading (AMR) Business to serve thousands of Maximum Demand High-Value Energy Customers in Nigeria's Largest City / Business District & the National Grid.
- Conceptualized, secured, developed and deployed the Street Light Tracking System for Lagos State approved by the Governor.
- Served on the Industry Group for Light Up Lagos - Embedded Power Project (Lagos 247 Power) where the group formulated Lagos State's plan for 247 Power Supply to the state, end-to-end from feedstock/generation to distribution/metering/payment/revenue splitting.
- Led Business, Relationship, Client, Team and Stakeholder Management in the Utility Power Sector Technology Business for VGG PowerTrack BU for 2.5 years.
