•	Managing, leading, and monitoring the operational improvement along with warehousing inventory optimization operations of MEDISERV Medical Supplies & Services Company.

•	Identifying, developing, and directing the implementation of the capabilities and establishing new processes for tracking, measuring, reporting, and analyzing Outbound Operations while meeting MEDISERV Medical Supplies & Services Company’s goals and vision around the KSA market. 

•	Manage, improve, and evaluate team members to utilize the WMS.

•	Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Super User

TAMER

•	Supporting the rollout of operations planning tools with a particular focus on warehousing activities.

•	Serve as the point person by performing advanced troubleshooting.

•	Manage the operations and Act as the connection between the warehouse departments and IT department for technical support.

•	Monitoring control of all warehouse KPIs to identify any deviation in performance and implement corrective action accordingly.

Operation Supervisor

•	Implement and configure warehouse operational layout.

•	Collaborate closely with account teams, consulting teams and solution sales teammates to ensure accurate, appropriate, and engaging information is included in each proposal.

•	Suggesting and developing improvements and efficiencies within the system solution design process. 

•	Meet the needs of the internal customers for supplies, services, and equipment while maintaining cost-effective practices to obtain the best value while meeting all expectations.

•	Lead the implementation of the continuous quality improvement strategy.

WMS Super-User (Oracle ERP)

# JOB PURPOSE

To ensure company's vision and objectives are met by providing excellent customer service with superior quality. And manage the inbound team in the warehouse and take the necessary steps to ensure the division's KPI's are met.

#Key accountabilities:

*Ensure that the receiving SOPs are followed.

*Monitor all new shipments comes from ports, Local supplier.

*Ensure accuracy of the of the receiving process and matching with signed documents.

*Ensure entry of the new shipments in stock on time.

*Prepare discrepancy reports and coordinate with finance regarding the shortages and the damages.

*Prepare all inbound related report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and send it  to the concerns

*Trian, supervise and assist the staff in their duties and ensure it is matching the SOPs instructions.

Inbound Supervisor

# JOB PURPOSE

To ensure company's vision and objectives are met by providing excellent customer service with superior quality.
To manage the entire stock inventory team, Return clerk un the wearhouse and take the necessary steps to ensure the division's KPI's are met, wearhouse accuracy stock, and ensure goods are safety in shelves.


# KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. (Description)

* Double check the shipments arrived from port against discrepancies found.

* Double check the actual stock in system against the phsical count after counting.

* Maintaining damage, near expire, and expired goods.

* Create recociliation for other in/out such damage, near expire, and expired goods.

* Return control on goods returned by drivers and market return upon delivery.

* Adjust the Expiry date of goods in case of discrepancies.

* Print the return invoices after it's booked by inventory manager.

Stock Controller

# JOB PURPOSE

To ensure company's vision and abjectives are met by providung excellent customer service with superior quality.
To cooperate with the operation teams in the wearhouse with in the area and take the necessarily steps to ensure divisoin's kPI's are met


# KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. ( Description)

* Prepare invoices (pick slip) that printed by the team leader or inventory controller.

* Prepare orders According to system Allocation.

* Provied clean and neat items.

* Make sure the line of the area is clean all the time.

* Make sure the replenishment of items according to expiry is done on consistent basis.

* Make sure that pallets are placed correctly and safly on the beams.

* Make sure that infested pallets are removed from the storage area.

* Place labels on each pallet. It should include ( Receipt#, catalog#, vendor name, QTY, and expiry date)

* Make sure that items should not stay more than 24 H ib the staging area.

* Make sure to pick up the correct order as per the pick slip order.

* Ask for team leader assistant in case item not available.

* Make sure to check the position of items.

* Wear safty shoes and uniform

* Use the forklift in correct ways. Use speed limit 5 K/PH.

* Make sure the forklift is clean and charged before using it.

* Reponsible for the safety of product and other employees as well.

* Organize the items all the times specially during the cycle count.
