I manage and facilitate the ECJ COMMUNITY, which is a collaborative group of individuals, mid to senior and C-suite on the job market. One of my favorite things to do is help people, new to the job search market, get using the platform and posting content on LINKEDIN! I do this by incorporating how to brand yourself when job seeking. I help share job search knowledge, tips to help career pivots, hacks for job seekers, and tricks for people wanting to change jobs whilst employed in stealth mode. My big passion is for photos, I just love taking and looking at them! I get consumed by photos. I am a mother to two awesome mini people who provide most of my muses for my photos! I am an enthusiastic FCA. Accountancy is my first true career love. Numbers excite me, as does compliance, hence I enjoy doing the accounts, finance, and operations for Executive Career Jump and a few other small businesses and sole traders. I am always on hand for all our Executive Career Jumpers for queries and advice. I pride myself on being a good communicator, with excellent operational skills to coordinate projects and organise compliance. A strong manager of stakeholder expectations, I enjoy working in a dynamic environment, in a team, and interdependently.
