Monitor tracking systems for all bankruptcies, suits, foreclosures and other post charge off activity.
Responsible for operational MIS and change management process in GMF core systems integrating IT and the business.

Sr Operations Director

Responsible for the Strategic Roadmap and Target Operating Model Design for the Retail Program for GMF International Operations.
Manage Retail Transformational business models and the sustainability of current ones for our International Operations, including Multi Channel sales platforms, Digital Signature, Electronic Verification, and self-service technologies with focus on operational excellence through a customer centric mindset.
Leadership in complex multiple interfaces projects such as CRM systems, Collections systems, Quotation and credit application systems. Integration projects with Dealer Management Systems and Web based corporate solutions.

Sr Director Retail Development

- Responsible for consumer (retail) and commercial (wholesale) credit administration. 
- Collections strategies and structure for Banco GMAC consumer portfolio reducing delinquent accounts and maximizing recoveries over salvage portfolio. Satisfactory implementation of ERP system. 
- Customer Service administration and structure looking for efficiency improvements through usage of technology and implementation of new tools. Managed the implementation of a new IVR, dialer and phone structure. Currently working to implement a new CRM system.
- Consorcio improving efficiency, productivity and automatizing processes as well as outsourcing non-core activites. Significantly improved sales platform with the introduction of a new web based front end system.
- Ombudsman ensuring compliance with local central bank regulations and serving our customers within satisfactory service levels.
- Business integration team, providing support to the local business by interface with IT.

- Responsible to administrate relationship and commercial credit lines with GM dealer network.

- Decided several workout strategies for commercial customers (lease rental companies and GM dealers) with no loss for GMAC.
