I've pretty much used and implemented every tool there is, from process mining, RPA, IDP, OCR, Chatbots, iPaaS, low-code, ML including NLP/NLG, and LLMs (as well as other AI branches).

My specialties include AI, Product Management, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and change management.
