Adarsh Sharma's Linkedin Analytics

Hey! I'm a double major in Computer Science and Economics at Grinnell College. I have always found marketing and sales fascinating and now use my programming background to improvise on traditional marketing practices. With the same interest, I joined Camb.ai in its initial phase along with founding members leading their sales and marketing division. I worked there for 2 years and helped creators share their content worldwide—we worked with YouTubers like Ranveer Allahbadia and Nick DiGiovanni, reaching over 50M combined subscribers! Through this experience, I learned the skills of building campaigns, cold mailing, negotiations, business structure, copywriting, team management, and a lot of experience in managing customers' needs after deal closure. At Camb, I was the first member to join their sales and marketing division and therefore was responsible for setting up sales pipelines from scratch and automating them to reduce time spent on manual management. In this role, a lot of my programming background came to clutch as I integrated multiple tools like Lemlist, Woodpecker, Pipedrive CRM, Tweet Hunter, Expandi, Zapier, and many more. I wrote scripts to automate tasks and data management across these tools. I built a tool that helped us write blogs in 150 languages, boosting our organic traffic by 300%. There is much more to this experience which I would be happy to talk about :) When I'm not coding or running campaigns, you'll find me hosting radio shows (where we grew weekly listeners by 62% to over 4,000!), analyzing investments at Pioneer Capital (our Broadcom pick brought in 71% returns!), or creating content that tells meaningful stories. My journey started in India, and along the way, I've had the chance to work with some incredible startups and participate in hackathons at Harvard, Princeton, and the University of Kansas. One of my favorite projects was hosting a podcast where I invited every inspirational alumnus, including actor Kumail Nanjiani! I'm always eager to learn from others and explore new ideas.
