As a Certified Life and Grief Coach in my coaching style I inspire, create trust, teach you to relax by breathing correctly, mediate, create visualizations and awareness about your true dreams. What is unique about my coaching approach? *Address the 5 steps of the grieving process at your own pace. *Show you methods of opening up to yourself and others. *Have you work on developing confidence *Look deep within yourself and see what YOU want in life or what YOUR real goals are. * Address emotions you never opened up to or faced before. * Set up a relaxing environment: You will be able to relax, visualize so many beautiful places, and actually create your own safe space What is unique about my coaching delivery? *My coaching delivery consists of breathwork, mediation, visualizations and looking deep within yourself. *My mission is to assist my clients in discovering that self-healing is possible. *Set up a calm and safe space to have your sessions *Not here to judge, just to be here for you!
