In this role, I led the programs team for Africa. managed the operations, set goals and strategies and track results/KPIs for the team. Also responsible for educational and knowledge management for the global programs team. 
- Leading critical work streams and managing cross-functional teams related to each program.
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding program managers and coordinators to new programs as required.
- Budget and resource management and achieved program gross profit margin goals of 67%  for several programs in Africa with the team.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and communication of program impact via reports, panels, studies, and events. Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating stakeholder feedback from programs.
- Continuously improving programs & implementing learnings by running and tracking experiments
- Management of program stakeholders and increasing opportunities for Seedstars to renew partnerships.

Senior Program Manager

Responsible for the design and management of capacity building programs like the Seedstars academy, acceleration, growth, expansion, and investment readiness programs for early-stage to growth-stage tech startups across emerging markets in diverse regions of the world.
- Executed and managed capacity building programs for entrepreneurs valued at over $1.2million focused on identifying needs and designed processes to support business requirements.
- Administered budget and tracked related program expenses.
- Developed several communities of startups across sectors to enable peer to peer learning and networking.

In this role, I planned and managed projects, events, partnerships, and logistics in over 24 countries in Africa and helped Seedstars expand its companies and services across Africa through the Seedstars World Competition.
- Sourced, developed, and strengthened partnerships with stakeholders and entrepreneurial support organizations in the African ecosystem.
- Scouted, evaluated, and selected early-stage tech entrepreneurs in 24 countries in Africa making a direct impact in their markets
- Recommended workflow and budget improvements, resulting in over 30% in savings per program.

Regional Project Manager

Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the co-working space and created innovative & exciting methods to engage and manage the Seedspace Community of founders, mentors, and experts.
Revitalized and transformed the community of entrepreneurs at the innovation hub through events and engaging programs.
Worked in collaboration with global/regional teams to generate new leads and conversions as well as deliver products/services/events in Nigeria as needed. 
Improved methodologies for lead generation, conversion, delivery for community programs and sale of office and desk spaces.
