20 plus years of winning some fantastic trophies and picking up painful some battle scars from life and business. As a naturally driven entrepreneur, I had no one to show me the route or give me advice, so I tried to find my own way. I am currently building something special that's also making a real difference... I set out with the goal of evolving the job searching and hiring process to help more people secure better jobs via our unique Job Board called Seesy. I believed adding short video to both the job opportunity and the applicant allows humans to form a real and visceral interest. People after all hire people, but let's improve efficiency and experience for both candidates and companies using smart tech. As part of our hiring solution, we have also created a unique data set that companies can have clear visibility of how diverse the talent is they are attracting to their roles, by knowing the compositional break down of all applicants and importantly and understanding if any bias is being shown in the early screening, that may not sit in line with their ED&I policy.
