Through experience in various roles related to recruiting, relationship building, networking, business development, and account management, I am passionate about connecting and empowering talent at Boise State University. As a recruiter, I work with campus staff, managers, and leadership to customize and execute proactive talent outreach efforts, assess and understand the workforce and business needs of our internal customers, and leverage innovative and creative networking and relationship-building techniques to attract and engage talented, diverse, and well-matched candidates. I am also an educational enthusiast, who values learning and development as a way to grow personally and professionally. I hold an MBA from George Fox University and a BA in Organizational Communications from California State University-Sacramento. I have also completed several certifications and programs related to leadership, communication, and professional development.
