Created the STORM⚡️brand which consists of 4 products (Bootcamp, Cycle & the Newest babies to the brand- ‘Decathlon & FITE’ to sit within the Holmes Place eco-system. Our 10th studio opened Q2 2023 with 5 more in planning for the rest of 2023 
Responsible for the start to finish conceptual development, design, build, equipment choice, supplier liaison and project management of each site launched. Creation and development of the user experience, creation of all fitness concepts and products for the brand including academy training manuals, operational manuals. Recruitment of coaches. Delivery of academy training  and on-going education. Creation of the STORM eco-friendly approach and a team of STORM ambassadors that represent the USP’s of the brand. Accountable for creating and driving the strategy of maximizing the participation and profitability of the studios. 

Responsible for ensuring the best member experience in terms of operational standards and service across the Holmes Place brands. Achieved through the creation of easy, no nonsense automated processes that seamlessly link together to deliver consistency and combat complacency. Easy to implement, train and track daily. Direct senior report for the 2 top performing clubs.

Holmes Place

Creates, and implements systems in order to achieve the long term goals of 18 premium health & fitness clubs across Austria & Germany. Created the “FHM” strategy in order to deliver a consistent member experience with ease and efficiency that is closed loop.

Manages Health & Safety across our clubs to ensure compliance and a safe, enjoyable member and team experience.

Sources Group Fitness products in order to allow us to offer the best and most consistent member experience across our clubs. Works closely with external suppliers to ensure a great group fitness timetable.

General Manager of Millennium Club in Vienna, 5000 square metres and the Börseplatz Club, 4500 square meters with a combined total of just over 9000 members and a combined annual turnover of  8€ million. Accountable for total club EBITDA, standards, service, member experience, health and safety, with 150 members of staff over the 2 clubs.
Increased total membership by 700 members in the last 24 months to total member base of 4400 in Club Millennium and increased total club revenue by 20% during the same period. Top of the group for new member sales in Club Börseplatz 2015. Top of group for H&S and CM league. Developed team members into regional roles, club manager, assistant club manager roles and HOD positions.
Regional support role for the 4 clubs in Vienna for group exercise and Les Mills. Introduced a low user programme and an ifeedback system into the club in 2014 and wrote an English version of the operations policies and procedures. Runner up 2013 Holmes Place newcomer of the year award. Delivered 4 RPM and Grit classes weekly.

Responsible for the health and safety process, policies and procedures of 28 private corporate and residential health suites. Developed a standard health and safety manual for all sites and ensured up to date compliance with quarterly internal audits. 100% pass rate on all sites from external auditor. Responsible for all staff training

Responsible for new sales and marketing campaigns in privately owned luxury health club. Team target hit in 12 of 16 months with an individual record of 16 out of 16 with a personal average of 51 sales per month and a best of 117 sales. Responsible for planning and implementing marketing in the local area in order to increase public awareness and new sales. Building and maintaining relationships with the local corporate market. Carried out complete analysis of the local market and restructured and implemented the clubs new membership options including down grade risk. Delivered 4 RPM classes weekly.

Responsible for health and safety and audits, brand standards and audits, look and feel of the club, mystery member audits, all staff training including booking of required staff training annually, up to date health and safety training for all club staff, correct process and procedures, up to date records and files including departmental guides and ways of working,  club maintenance and annual preventative maintenance programme, management of capex projects and maintenance team,  first line security, swimming pool compliance and lifeguard team, cleaning contracts and management of club cleaners. Took the club from 66th in the estate on ops balanced score card to 3rd scoring green on all measurements for ops dept. Coached and developed other ops managers in the cluster and integrated new ops managers into other clubs. Managed ops in 2 clubs for a 3 month interim period whilst also over seeing sports department in the Birmingham club for 6 months. Delivered 6 RPM and Bodypump classes weekly.

Responsible for total Fitness experience, personal training management, group exercise programming and swimming programme. Managed 20 personal trainers and fitness team of 12 as well as lifeguards. Implemented my own personal training model and increased revenue by 400% in 12 months. Delivered around 10-12 hours per week of both personal training and group fitness experiences demonstrating leadership from the front.
