Effectively implemented organizational leadership by developing, coaching, & maintaining church staff, culture, values, practices, and procedures to help lead and equip the staff and congregation in living life on mission. •	Assist Lead Pastor in developing, communicating, and stewarding the values of Doxa Church within the staff, serve teams, and congregants

In this role my objective was to improve the day to day businesses operations of local companies by using a consultative sales approach. ●	Daily processes paperwork associated with retail vehicle sales including daily reports, maintaining customer deal jackets, obtaining required information regarding registration and/or titling, processing reassignments, and auditing customer paperwork. 
●	Daily conduct vehicle condition assessments, as well as vehicle appraisals. 
●	Daily make outbound calls including cold calls to generate new sales as well as maintain customer satisfaction.
