My responsibilities included:

- Managing a team of 6+ in-house content leads, senior and junior level, plus two freelance writers.
- Overseeing content strategies across several business lines: Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue, Product, Finance and Tech.
- The creation and publication process across our portfolio of 11 communities.
- Editing everything from blogs to long-form research reports/ebooks to emails to landing pages (etc.) to ensure every piece of content is as concise, accurate, and as impactful as can be.
- Ensuring every piece of digital content created by the team is optimised for SEO and upskilling the content team, where necessary so that SEO is front of mind. Always.
- Tightening the relationship between content and commercial to ensure we’re maximising all revenue opportunities.
- Supporting our in-house copywriters in devising editorial calendars that feed into our core content objectives: organic traffic, engagement revenue growth.
- Managing and facilitating the creation of multiple channels content across web, email marketing, YouTube, TikTok, and gated membership platforms. 
- Regularly analysing the impact of our content and making tactical and strategic adjustments on the back of cold, hard data.
- Keeping a close eye on content marketing and industry data so we can anticipate trends and stay one step ahead of what our markets want.
- Rolling out content & marketing tech stack mastery – proficient in SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Typeform, Riverside (Podcasting), Asana, Opus Clip, CapCut, and Canva, ensuring streamlined workflows and data-driven content decisions.

I was responsible for managing content and organic social for all clients of Run2 Digital. This included writing blogs, web pages and landing pages for SEO & PPC, as well as writing content for email campaigns, SMS, Adtext and long-form guides. As well as planning content strategy, proposals and reviews, I managed content through the sign-off process with clients.

I was also responsible for organic social for clients at Run2, which included organising social calendars and organic strategies to coincide with paid social. I work closely with the design team to create client posts, including news posts, thought-leadership pieces, and posts that will increase reach, engagement and conversions. I monitored GA and tracked content and organic social strategies to produce monthly reports for clients.
