Business Development Representative

CVS Pharmacy

-I work closely with our pharmacists and assist them with various tasks to ensure the pharmacy runs as efficiently as possible while maintaining patient health and safety.
-Enter prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system as well as measure, count and perform inventory on medications.
-Package and label prescriptions for patient pick up.
-Verify insurance information and provide customer service by answering the phone, collecting payment, and referring customers to a pharmacist for medication questions.

Pharmacy Technician

-Acts as liaison via telephone between patients and their physicians, nurses and other medical professionals.
-Leaves secure patient messages for doctors regarding medication questions, non-acute medical symptoms and patient outreach as well as other needs.
-Schedules medical appointments for patients
-Works with Excellian, Allina’s electronic health record system developed by Epic.

Customer Experience Specialist

-Responded to the office's official email page, answered phone calls and greeted/directed guests who came into the office.
-Oversaw staff and office calendars and assisted in scheduling appointments.
-Helped new employees get security cards and database access authorization.
-Worked in conjunction with communications director to create instructions and sign out system for new interpretational equipment.
