My 3 loves in life are brand building, technology, and the restaurant industry, and I feel lucky to have experienced all 3 in depth. I enjoy learning, and my favorite activity (aside from dining at a diverse mix of restaurants) is creating. Growing up, I wanted to own a restaurant. Or become a successful businessperson. But a fantastic gift from Make-A-Wish when I was young placed a computer in our home, and I quickly learned that I was a bit different, loving the interaction and the fast-paced environment of restaurants and the calm and profound knowledge gained from diving deep into technology. Lucky for me, I have experienced both of these aspects in my career. I truly enjoy cybersecurity - this is what I continue to learn more about every day. Why? Well, the same reason I loved developing new concepts and marketing campaigns for 1000s of restaurants, by receiving in-depth analysis of a current situation, I can source a wide range of solutions from a multitude of experiences that allow me to drive significant value for any project, program, and company. How did I get here? My career was definitely not a straight line. But the windy road made me the dynamic, hard-working person I am today. I started with many manual labor jobs when I was young, and this work ethic continued as I put myself through college and beyond. Working hard allowed me to gain full-time employment before I graduated from undergrad, and the relationships I built allowed me to work in the restaurant space and gain access to one of the best technical design programs in the nation to continue to grow by pushing new foundries. This combination of skills learned from the fast-paced and challenging restaurant environment to the analytical and logical world of technology has given me a unique mindset and ability to perform in many different situations with success. Every situation is manageable; no opportunity is too small, and no obstacle is too big for me to have the ability to add value and make a positive impact. Along the way, I have learned from the best brand-building teams around and have the skill to grow a brand from its creation to the largest in the nation.
