Hey 👋 my name is Adam and I’m an Innovation Strategist. My role involves working closely with my clients and their end-users to implement a range of strategic deliverables, centred around the creation and optimisation of digital platforms and experiences. These commonly include leading the delivery of data-led product visions, digital CI and optimisation strategies, and emerging technology prototypes. As an advance HCI practitioner — and with a personal interest in design psychology and cognitive science — the remit of my client-facing responsibilities also extends into UX research, data analysis and visualisation, customer journey mapping, and interaction design. Recently, I’ve been focused on developing new, sprint-based innovation acceleration services for my clients. These services are designed to help businesses adopt an agile approach to the creation of lighthouse POCs and prototypes; fast-tracking the transformation of their digital platforms in-line with best-practice UX, and emerging technology trends.
