I started at the front desk of a climbing gym and worked my way up to Director of Facilities. Over the years, I became President of the IFMA Greater Seattle Chapter, joined the WSSHE Education Board, and contributed to the ISO 41000 standards-making body for facility management. In 2024, I launched Stage 2 Facility Management to provide full-service IFM solutions for essential facilities, from medical and dental offices to multi-tenant commercial buildings. We manage vendors, projects, compliance, and daily operations so our clients can focus on their core mission. I partner with Flowpath CMMS to bring visibility and efficiency to every facility we support. At the center of my work is this: put people first. When you do that, everything else works itself out.
