Responsible for backup and restore functions in a Windows Server environment. Promoted to Advisory Role May 2002, leading a group of five people, planning coverage schedules and work assignments, while maintaining expected workload. Later transitioned into the tracking, maintenance and disposal of equipment leases for 4,000 physical assets (IBM at American Express).
