We help business increase revenue, identify and manage risks and increase efficiency. The company was founded in 2013 by industry leaders with backgrounds that include senior management roles at: JP Morgan, Fidelity, Apollo Global Management, Prudential and Gladstone Associates.

Virtual Capital

Virtual Capital is the investment management company for the Virtual Capital Digital Asset Fund, LP. My primary responsibilities were the creation of the entity, internal documents such as the Operating Agreement, Due Diligence Questionnaire, Disaster Recovery Policy, Sexual Harassment Policy, Anti-Discrimination policy, and Hiring Plan. Further, I calculated and reported fund performance to Barclay Hedge and Bloomberg, and prepared IRS-1065 and Partner K-2s. Leased office space and assembled a team from institutions such as: Cantor Fitzgerald, GM Asset Management, The Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins, and The Tandon School of Engineering at NYU.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Pacificbit.

•	Planned and projected returns from a dual Ethereum and Siacoin GPU based mining operation.
•	Designed hardware specifications and purchasing guide.
•	Raised ~ $30,000 from family and friends as a private investment in the company.
•	Built and operated a 24-GPU Ethereum/Siacoin mining rig producing $1,000 - $2,500 a month.
•	Kept records of day-to-day performance, used technical metrics to achieve performance goals and manage electricity expenses.
•	Returned ~45% ROI post-liquidation, 8-months after beginning operations, due to coin price appreciation and minor asset depreciation.
