•	Assisted with the respiratory department’s research project with The Vest, the nation’s largest as a member of the research committee. Helped to establish the next research study under IRB approval for a hi-flow nasal cannula system.
•	Participated in the emergency department 5-S project.
•	Selected as a clinical preceptor for students and new employees in 2007-Present.
•	Obtained Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
