ADS Procurement is a multi sector procurement and operations support business, although we specialise in manufacturing simply because we have many decades of combined experience. We have helped clients in industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, commercial vehicles, construction, transport, furniture, additive manufacturing, and the public sector. 

From one-off bespoke contract drafting to full blown interim support, we help clients in multiple different ways. A strong focus for us is supporting capital purchases in both an operational and commercial context, whereby we identify the right supply partners, agree commercials and deliverables, then project manage through to completion. We have managed high value and complex tangible production line projects, through to digital transformation projects.

This is our business development and account management division. During our vast experience in procurement, we have seen some excellent business development folks and account managers, as well as some that are, well, let's just say "less than effective".

We work with clients to understand the markets they are trying to penetrate and then develop a plan that helps them hit those markets, secure new business, and on-board customers in readiness for a long-term relationship.

Procurement & Supply Chain Director

Management of the Aeromet Procurement team covering 3 UK aerospace manufacturing facilities.
Commercial and contractual management across the business, both supply side and customer facing.
Management of supply chain, licencing & royalty activity for A20X, the high strength aluminium alloy invented and patented by Aeromet International, including A205 alloy and AM205 powder for additive manufacturing.

PRINT STRATEGY EUROPE LIMITED

Head of Procurement at an offline marketing business with clients such as Hotel Chocolat, Jack Wills, Gousto and many other well known and growing brands. This was an interesting change from my traditional field of engineering and provided an excellent insight into the data driven art of marketing and branded printing.

My role was to identify and consolidate spend across multiple European sites, obtaining cost reduction and efficiencies to support better working practices for this predominantly oil and gas business. Categories included fleet, workwear, hotels, MRO and packaging. I achieved a 'HYDRATIGHT PRIDE' award for dedication to excellence for generation of multiple cost saving initiatives.

30 years of procurement, supply chain and commercial management experience across various industries including aerospace, technical ceramics, additive manufacturing, and offshore technology.

I formed ADS Procurement & Supply Chain in 2019 and we re-branded to Inspiring Group in 2025.
