I then managed the operational restructuring, and consolidation and reduction of debt and cash flow processes. Reduced OPEX costs by 25+%, and improved margin of flagship product (Cubetto) by 10% through cost optimisation, ahead of resale of the business to MORAVIA Consulting, a specialist international distributor in 2020.
