Project Management: Leads and holds the project team accountable for timelines, budget, deliverables, and scope, ensuring efficient project execution to achieve goals. 

Marketing Automation: Directly manages the design, development, execution, and measurement of B2B email campaigns and lead nurturing programs in HubSpot. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with sales, marketing, product, success, and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective HubSpot solutions. 

Training & Support: Addresses questions on HubSpot and trains clients on how to use HubSpot effectively and efficiently.

Strategic Planning: Identifies opportunities to increase revenue and streamline operations.

Metamora Martial Arts

A recognized martial artist in the Central Illinois area, I bring over 20 years of experience to my role as Head Instructor of Metamora Martial Arts. My expertise has been featured in media outlets including Taekwondo Times, WMBD, and Art & Society magazine. 

I’ve been inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame three times since 2014 and am a national-level forms competitor, with first-place wins at major events such as the North American Nationals (2006) and the AKA Grand Nationals (2013).

At Metamora Martial Arts, I teach weekly karate and tai chi chuan classes, lead specialty seminars such as women’s self-defense, and prepare students to compete—and succeed—at regional tournaments. I also serve as a judge and referee at these events.

Outside the dojo, I manage all aspects of the business: website administration, fielding inbound leads, coordinating advertising, and focusing on student and family retention to ensure the long-term success of the program.

I hold a 3rd-degree black belt in shinmei shorin-ryu karate, and a 2nd-degree black belt tai chi chuan, Hsing-i chuan, and baguazhang). I'm also a shidoin (certified instructor) through the International Okinawan Budo-Kai. 

My martial arts journey, which began in 2003, also includes experience in judo, modern arnis, tae kwon do, and Extreme Martial Arts (XMA).

Beginning in 2022, I began teaching martial arts classes in Metamora once again! 

From 2016-2020, I taught DDP Yoga classes through Metamora Parks & Recreation. During that time, I was the only active certified DDP Yoga instructor within a 150-mile radius of Peoria.

In the spring of 2019, I was invited to teach DDPY at the DDP Yoga Performance Center in Smyrna, Georgia.

Fitness Instructor

For nearly 5 years, I traveled around Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana performing as "The World's Greatest Martial Arts Master," Sensei Bock. As a professional wrestler, I experienced setting up and tearing down events, creating and selling my own merchandise, partnering with other talented folks to bring my ideas to life with regard to entrance music and graphic designs. Most importantly, I created stories in front of 100+ live audiences using my words and my body that entertained thousands of wrestling fans. 

I'm proud to say I graduated from The Black and Brave Wrestling Academy under the tutelage of Marek Brave and WWE's Seth Rollins. I can point to pro wrestling's influence in my professional career as well as my part-time career in physical fitness.

Hi, I'm Adam. You probably know me as one of the following: a digital marketing professional, a HubSpot expert, or a martial arts instructor.

Currently, I manage digital marketing projects at HubSpot Platinum Partner ONEFIRE. My accounts span a variety of industries, such as managed IT services, workplace learning, and insurance. Across all of these industries, I create strategies through HubSpot that generate leads and close business. I also onboard new clients to Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. I have used HubSpot since 2013. 

Outside of my full-time job, I'm also the owner and head instructor of Metamora Martial Arts. I teach kids, teens, and adults regular classes and special seminars.
