I’m an energy tech entrepreneur passionate about helping companies deploy modern software to meet the needs of the next generation of energy. I embarked on my energy journey in 2009, financing the development of over 1,000 solar and battery storage installations. In 2013, I founded Promise Energy, a technology forward project development company catering to multifamily housing and C&I clients across California. Today, Promise thrives as a successful player in the field, championing the advancement of solar, battery storage, CHP, and cutting-edge microgrid solutions nationwide. Experiencing a void in product innovation and grappling with software challenges, I transitioned my focus to energy software in 2017. This led to the inception of naak Power Partners, my initial journey in the sector, serving as the U.S. market development arm for an Australian IoT based intelligent energy management technology. As the CEO, I spearheaded the establishment of product requirements, go-to-market strategies, business expansion, and strategic alliances. Throughout my five-year tenure, I collaborated closely with leading battery system integrators, inverter manufacturers, project developers, contractors, and DERMS platforms to bridge the gap between hardware, software and project needs. As the market evolved and software needs of battery storage demanded more than what market leading platforms could deliver, I made the strategic decision in 2021 to join forces with three additional founders to establish Molecule Systems. As the CEO of Molecule Systems, I spearhead an energy software-infrastructure platform that offers modern solutions serving market leading enterprises to startups. By provisioning modern EnergyTech infrastructure, Molecule allows any company to bypass the time cost and risk of developing and maintaining infrastructure that offers no product differentiation. Giving companies the advantage of allocating resources on developing innovative solutions and high value software IP that that drive growth and impact. My formative years were spent immersed in my family’s licensing and merchandising business. I was mentored by my grandmother and soulmate, Connie Boucher, the iconic founder, and CEO of Determined Productions, known for launching the worldwide merchandising of the Peanuts comic strip and other classics. My personal interests include trail running, making pottery on the ceramics wheel, and time in the mountains and on the water. I’m fluent in Spanish and Italian and enjoy spending time with the dozens of cousins now living all over the world.
