•	Increased and diversified liquidity while reducing the cost of funds by credit tranching the non-rated residual certificates, creating a BBB-rated mezzanine class; built a proprietary securitization model providing the ability to restructure the company’s term securitizations.
•	Eight-figure corporate profit preserved by implementing a hedging strategy utilizing interest rate swaps, collars, and market timing to offset earnings and liquidity volatility.

Recruited, hired, managed, and led a team of capital markets professionals responsible for cash and liquidity management, including working capital and warehouse financing, financial engineering, interest rate risk management, ABS term securitization transaction management, investor relations, and new product development.
