I consistently exceeded sales targets, achieving quota in 23/24 years and earning 13 promotions for outstanding performance, both as an individual contributor and team leader. My leadership in recruiting, developing, and managing top-tier talent resulted in 15 team members earning President’s Club honors, underscoring my commitment to building high-performing, results-driven organizations. I have launched 12 new products and 5 category-first technologies that have become the standard of care. I have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, and one of my key strengths is designing and executing strategies that deliver measurable results while scaling organizations that lead to successful Mergers and Acquisitions. Driving strong YOY growth, in my role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, I spearheaded a commercial transformation that resulted in 271% YOY growth and achieved the company’s highest sales within seven months. Leading SIA through a successful $140M merger with Integra, I secured three critical GPO agreements while growing revenue from ~$500K to $5.7M in just 17 months. As Area Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Vapotherm, I designed innovative sales strategies, driving revenue growth from $34M to over $150M and creating a government strategy that increased sales from $188K to $30M in just two years. As an NCAA D1 Football player, I developed the discipline, resilience, and teamwork that have become the foundation of my professional success.
