I struggled with my weight from 2002 - 2012 following conventional methods of dieting and training hard By 2013 I discovered a new way of doing things that perfectly aligned with my desi lifestyle and culture. I have not struggled with my weight since. Today, even at the age of 45 I maintain abs all year round with less time and effort than most. In doing so, I learnt how to: Rewire my mindset using CBT & NLP Focus on lifestyle and behaviour changes Understand nutrition and exercise in great depth. I used to spend over 10 hours a week in the gym. Now I spend less than 3 hours a week training.
