I am passionate about driving innovation in InsurTech, helping independent agents and wholesalers modernize their operations through technology. As the President of MomentumWIN and Product Director of MomentumRATE at MomentumAMP, I focus on building solutions that streamline workflows, enhance market access, and maximize revenue opportunities for agents. Previously, I founded and led Talage, an InsurTech startup that redefined digital distribution for commercial insurance. My experience spans business development, sales, and strategic leadership, always with a focus on leveraging technology to create efficiency and scale. Beyond work, I am committed to community building, serving on boards and volunteering for initiatives that support children, affordable housing, and individuals with disabilities. I am humbled every day to be a husband to my beautiful wife and a father to my 3 sons and 1 daughter. I am a proud alumnus of the University of Nevada, and specifically, its football team- a program that gave me more than I could ever give back and helped make me who I am.
