This included 15 lending offices in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Ohio, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Georgia and Colorado.   During my time at WaMu (now JPMorgan Chase) my team made over 3,000 apartment loans ranging from small 6 unit buildings to large 300+ unit complexes.  My lending offices in Chicago, Denver and Minneapolis were the #1 apartment lenders in their respective markets.

I have been involved in Multifamily (apartment) lending for over 30 years.  I started as an analyst for a major insurance company and have held loan underwriting and loan origination positions at a variety of organizations from major banks to mortgage bankers and even had a long stint at Freddie Mac's multifamily group when they were in their infancy.  For the last 15 years or so I also have been involved in buying and syndicating apartment investments.  This has given me a wide perspective on the multi-housing finance industry and how to best finance apartment properties.
