Strategic Enterprise Account Executive & Partner Development Manager

Joined Textio as one of the original forty employees, and as one of the earliest enterprise Account Executives on the team. In this role, I was primarily focused on building out the East Coast and EMEA territories. In doing so, I successfully formed customer partnerships with dozens of Fortune 1000 companies in these regions.

After achieving 100%+ quota attainment each quarter (Q3'17-Q1'19), proving myself to be a team leader, and always taking initiative when a task needed to be completed (because, in a high-growth start-up, this happens every day), I was ultimately promoted into a new position with deeper responsibilities to our company's revenue goals.

As a Business Development Manager, I created net-new business at the enterprise account level, working with VP's and C-Suite executives daily via phone, web, and in-person meetings. I constantly researched and identified new opportunities, all while strategically approaching my territory with a mindset of creating new partnerships that drove revenue and created additional market penetration. 

I brought in many net-new enterprise retail accounts and created several channel partnerships which has lead to increased visibility of the ShopperTrak brand, and has been a guaranteed recurring revenue stream.

•Surpassed quotas for fifteen straight quarters and produced over $5 million in sales, annually

•Oversaw integrated media executions and provided recap summaries for both agency and clients

•Promoted after one year from Sales Assistant to Executive Sales Assistant

•Managed and trained other Sales Assistants on new programs, software, and company policies

•Handled many organizational tasks to help optimize team performance

•Processed new orders and revisions, selling make goods, and weekly posting of accounts, as well as diligently managing all on-air schedules and developing all post-buy analysis

•Acted as liaison between television stations, traffic groups, and agency contacts in DMAs across the country
