My experience in the business world has allowed me to understand all facets of what it takes to run a thriving business whether it’s generating leads, enhancing systems and processes, implementing a scaling strategy, building an effective organizational culture. And his experience as a tradesman means I understand the demands, the challenges, and the nuances of service-based businesses. This unique understanding allows me to look at all the different facets of each client’s business to determine what is working and what can be enhanced. To me, these aspects are puzzle pieces that all fit together to create a much bigger, clearer picture and more importantly—an impactful solution.
