Over this period, I managed 10 clients and helped them reach their marketing objectives. I led a team of two digital marketers and a content writer to help grow clients in physical security organically through SEO, SEM and paid social programs.

I've also managed website re-designs using an agile project management methodology called Growth-Driven Design, a data-driven, iterative process to improve websites on a monthly basis. Websites were built using HubSpot's COS platform.

For the agency, I bring new ideas and trends to the forefront, helping the agency create cutting-edge service offerings to help bring in new business. I got LRG started as a HubSpot agency partner in December of 2016 and since then have seen us grow to becoming a Gold-tier partner.

I also developed content and campaigns to help LRG gain new business and utilize the website as a resource for potential prospects and clients through blog posts, whitepapers, tip sheets and studies.
