Moment was born in late 2018 with a singular vision: to change marketing for the better, on the way to a better world.

Recognising the real need for companies to adapt to the ever-changing business development landscape; our design-led, data-driven and delivery-focused website development and inbound marketing solutions helped good brands to grow sustainably.

My role focused on developing the team, tools and techniques required for us to deliver on our mission for every client, with every campaign, at every chance.

In March 2022, Moment’s HubSpot capabilities were merged into ORCKID, part of the Selbey Anderson Group of agencies.

Promoted to Boutique’s Senior Management Team, I was charged with leading on department strategy and business growth across our core Digital services: data & insights, paid search, paid social, organic social, display advertising, technical SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing and marketing automation.

From an agency-wide, Operations perspective I was responsible for the models, processes and technology used to efficiently and effectively grow our clients’ businesses.

Senior Client Services Manager - Digital

Hatched Media

Hatched Media is an independent, full-service media agency. Recognized as one of Australia's fastest growing companies (2016, Financial Review Fast Starters List). They've succeeded on the principal of doing "better", not "more".

I joined as their first Client Services Manager, but was fortunate to fulfill a much broader role: working hand-in-hand with the Leadership Team to grow our digital offering, both internally and in-market.

My proudest achievement was launching the internal Social Media Buying function.

Client Services Manager - Digital

Wunderman UK

I joined Wunderman’s Microsoft Client Team, in a newly created Social Media Buying role. This grew rapidly to encompass Paid Social (and broader Digital) Strategy and Management for Microsoft across 12 Western European Markets, Microsoft Mobile internationally and several smaller accounts.

I was responsible for training in-market teams and encouraging the agency and clients to leverage platform innovation. Initially personally responsible for the execution of multi-market and cross-channel Paid Social campaigns (6-figure budgets); I eventually managed an implementation team, while focusing on end-to-end customer journey mapping and unified reporting as part of a developing Marketing Automation (Marketo) workflow.

My proudest achievement was driving the highest ever volume of subscriptions for an Azure webinar, via a combined Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter campaign.

Account Director (Paid Digital), Microsoft

NewBase - Connected Marketing

NewBase (formerly Publicitas) is a leading media company, represented globally in more than 20 countries. They enable advertising clients and agencies to strategically place their multimedia message, reaching their target audience through a portfolio of some of the largest quality newspapers, luxury magazines, premium outdoor spaces, TV, radio as well as mobile and digital platforms.

Joining a digital team of just 2, as Digital Manager; I was responsible for creating sophisticated digital marketing solutions for national and international agencies, as well as founding our client-direct business in the UK.

Specifically, I focused on the development of automated digital and video media products, as well as the growing role of social media and mobile for our customers' audiences. I acted as the Digital expert and resource for our cross-media team.

My proudest achievements were the on-boarding of our first client-direct business, co-creating an in-house automated buying solution and supporting the growth of the UK digital team from 2 to 6 during my tenure.

Digital Manager (International)

Microsoft

Promoted to Global Account Manager, I sat on an internationally-dispersed team of 3, looking after our worldwide, client-direct relationship with P&G.

Internally, I focused on developing Microsoft’s programmatic business; as well as continuing to support our field teams with the strategy and implementation of campaigns. These leveraged staple products like MSN, Bing and Skype; as well as innovation opportunities across Xbox and the Windows Operating System.

Latterly, my role was split between P&G and acting as the Maternity Leave cover for our Global Account Director on Mindshare (WPP). I participated in joint business planning sessions with senior agency teams and evangelised Microsoft Research and Advertising Solutions.

My proudest achievement was representing Microsoft at a P&G Leadership Conference at our Headquarters in Seattle.

Global Account Manager

Moving to London, I joined Microsoft's Global Media Team, as part of their acclaimed Internship Program. This was to be my "baptism of fire" into the world of Marketing & Advertising. 

In my first year, I partnered with Account Directors across a range of agency, vertical and client accounts; delivering value through meetings, events and presentations. Also, I collaborated with Senior Management, developing a new global communication approach for our worldwide teams and participated in internal "thought-leadership" groups.

I was named Microsoft’s “London Intern of the Year", in recognition of my professionalism, process innovation and stakeholder management capabilities. This led to an offer of ongoing employment and promotion to Global Account Manager.

My proudest achievements were representing Microsoft at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and at The Gadget Show Live in London's ExCel Arena.

How long do you spend developing your team?

This week, we took a whole day to work on our second session this year with the incredible Chris Marr, The Authoritative Coach.

These focus on the many, many aspects of one key topic: world class communication.

As an agency, how we communicate - with our clients and colleagues - is the single most important thing there is.

It’s how we deliver exceptional experiences in the relationships we form.

And how we achieve outstanding results with our campaigns.

There’s a reason it’s the first of our 4 core values.

And today was nothing short of game-changing, after 18 months of game-changing growth 🚀

When you’re growing, fast and delivering as we do; you can’t sleep on getting these key components of our culture right.
