As a leader in corporate communications and brand marketing, I leverage media, messaging development, content marketing and data-based storytelling to achieve strategic outcomes. I strive to find new approaches for brands and executives to elevate their awareness, engagement and competitiveness. I've led cross-functional teams integrating media relations, social media, analytics, branding and issues management at agencies, startups and Fortune 100 brands. Specific to analytics, I've conducted more than 30 audience- or condition-specific analytics projects for pharmaceutical, technology, energy, automotive, and industrial conglomerate companies, including: market research, influencer identification, conversation analysis, and issues monitoring. I received a Bachelor's degree in English from Lehigh University, and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in creative writing from Texas State University where I met my heroes, drinking tequila with Tim O'Brien and club soda with Denis Johnson.
