•	Grew international capacity to 34% of revenue (from 11% in 2011) by launching new service to key Asia Pacific markets in China, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, US East Coast, and South Pacific island nations.
•	Achieved double digit unit revenue improvements by reorganizing existing domestic network around new “focus cities” and redeploying fleet capacity based on seasonal demand peaks. 
•	Collaborated on a cross-functional fleet acquisition team, leading revenue analysis for a $2.8B aircraft order. 
•	Developed HA’s first-ever 25-year strategic vision, and negotiated comprehensive new codeshare partnerships.
•	Initiated new forums, policies, and programs to strengthen human capital recruitment, development, and retention.

•	Experience includes engagements with The Salvation Army on transforming their core Social Services programs, Susan G. Komen for the Cure on redesigning their national network, and the Gates Foundation on improving teacher quality & professional development 
•	Part of the launch team on a signature firm-wide initiative to evolve key processes and tools for all Bridgespan strategy engagements 
•	Co-author on Bridgespan’s first point-of-view article and toolkit on strategic implementation, “Living into your Strategic Plan”
