I’ve spent several years helping solve some of the biggest challenges in the Media, TV, Telecoms and Technology space, having originally started my career in technology recruitment, later transitioning into professional services & consulting. In 2019 I co-founded Ovyo where I am the Chief Growth Officer 📈. Starting a business during a global pandemic was a rollercoaster but has resulted in one of the fastest-growing, most agile remote-first service providers in the Media, TV & Telecoms sector. Empowering people is central to how I tick as a person, and I spend much of my time training, coaching, leading and inspiring others. At Ovyo, I have the pleasure every day of watching our teams grow, our people develop and in turn delivering the best possible software and consulting services to our customers. I also love sharing my knowledge and experience with others which has led me down all sorts of avenues including taking the lead on various training initiatives and mentoring of industry professionals – for me there is no greater reward than watching others flourish, prosper & enhance their careers. Networking and Partnerships has and will always play a huge part in my career. I spark off connecting people & companies together and watching partnerships flourish. I am very fortunate to be able to work with some of the brightest individuals across the industry and invest a lot of time bringing entrepreneurs, startups, investors and thought leaders together. Outside of work I have four amazing children 👦👦🧒👶 I’m attempting to be a role-model for - Jacob, Joshua, Charlie & Kallie - and a kick-ass wife, Corrina. We are rapidly becoming digital nomads and embarking on our master plan to travel the world🌎 with our children - so far we are 14 countries in and have lived in the UK, Portugal & Canada.
