Slow Tea is a restorative digital detox experience that invites your team to unplug, slow down & reconnect-both with themselves and each other. 

Informed by the Gong Fu Cha (tea with effort) Chinese tea tradition and modern mindfulness practices, this screen-free immersive session is perfect for retreats, offsites, or workplace wellness programming seeking to:
• reduce stress
• deepen presence
• foster connection
• apply mindfulness
