Led the end-to-end product experience for SwishClub’s employee smartphone leasing platform, designed for salaried users to access tax-saving devices with ease.

Drove adoption across 50+ enterprises, with over 20% of employees converting into paying customers contributing significantly to revenue growth.

Boosted Week 1 activation rate from 5% to 20% using gamified onboarding nudges, internal engagement tactics, and simplified user education via webinars.
