Personally: I am saved by Jesus Christ. I am a husband to my beautiful wife and best friend, Jordan. I am a father to three unique and amazing children, Mara, Townes and Judah. I enjoy golf, working outside in the yard and an occasional hoops session. Professionally: Currently the Chief of Growth at Midwestern, a human capital partner for software organizations around the world. From early on, I always enjoyed the opportunity to compete. Whether in sport, school or relationships, I have always found ways to compete to be better today than I was yesterday. I love being a part of a team and helping others be bought into that culture/ team. In college I began my work career in network marketing, and truly found a passion for the art of selling. I enjoyed creating relationships, chasing opportunities and ultimately giving people something I felt like could impact their lives positively. At one point was in the top 1% of the company as far as ranking went and brought on teams and people all over the United States leveraging social media, ads and networking events. From those experiences, I carried a piece of that into public accounting where I spent the first 4 years of my professional career. Focused on individual and business tax I was able to work with people year round to ensure there weren’t surprises, plan for big changes and events to ensure they were making good stewardship decisions for their businesses as it pertained to the tax side. I transitioned back to sales in 2020 (yes, right in the heart of COVID) and was selling Managed IT Services, Security Cameras and Copier/ Print products. It was here that I learned how much I enjoyed B2B sales and creating value by serving customers above and beyond what my competition would do. Was able to maintain quota through COVID and fell in love with the phone (because that is all we could use in that season). 2021, came to Midwestern Interactive as a Director of Sales and have had the opportunity to serve and work with so many amazing people, partner with so many amazing organizations and add value to a ton of different products. At Midwestern we are chasing our lofty vision of Serve Each Other and we do this through our core offerings of Scoped, Embedded & Recruiting. I oversee the Client Relationships and the Talent Acquisition functions that bring these offerings to life by finding and retaining the best clients and finding and retaining the best talent.
