Unboxd.co is a B2B, B2C events management software that allows users to effortlessly manage their event’s guestlist with real-time updates, RSVP tracking, and personalised invitations—all in one place.

• Led the redesign of a core product, an events management super app, Unboxd.co, leading to over 20k+successful check-ins in a single weekend. And 50K+ guest check-ins in 6 months.

• Created an internal design system library to standardise components and workflows across all products.

• Revamped the entire UX experience of Unboxd.co, improving internal tools such as access cards, table plan, ticketing, messaging and lovewall.

• Led redesign of sister products, a wedding management system (Weddn.co) & an online gifting system
(Wishlst.co).

• Bullring Finance enables over 1,000 merchants in Brazil to accept cryptocurrency via Bitcoin’s Lightning Network, with payouts remitted directly in Reais.

• Designed both the desktop and mobile web versions of a merchant marketplace, helping customers easily discover merchants and pay with crypto using their PIX key.

• Worked on a mini-app version of the platform that successfully launched on the Speed Bitcoin Wallet, making it accessible to millions of users worldwide.

• Collaborated closely with engineers, designers, business analysts, and the social media team, contributing to the successful onboarding of over 1,000 merchants across Brazil.

• Created a seamless payment experience that allows users to scan a merchant’s QR code and pay instantly with cryptocurrency.

• Designed a trust-focused payment flow that lets customers securely pay merchants using their PIX key or CPF number.

• Solely led the end-to-end UI/UX design of Mabi Movies, a pay-per-view streaming platform offering content access across web, mobile, and TV.

• Designed the entire user journey from scratch, including the Home screen, Explore page, Video detail page, and a crypto-powered Paywall interface.

• Built a responsive design framework that ensured seamless functionality across devices, optimising the platform’s usability on web browsers, smartphones, and smart TVs.

• Conducted competitive research and user behaviour analysis to inform product decisions and ensure ease of content discovery and payment flow.

• Created an adaptive component library and reusable design assets, improving design consistency and handoff efficiency across teams.

• Developed a crypto payment flow allowing users to pay for content using both fiat and cryptocurrency, requiring high attention to clarity, trust, and secure UX.

• Iterated on feedback from stakeholders and engineering to refine and improve user experience throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Refer Wallet is a mobile platform owned by TGM Education. 

• Tasked with revamping an existing app to build user trust and convey a stronger sense of security and credibility through thoughtful visual design and customised navigation.

• The redesign focused on simplifying the overall user experience, creating a more seamless and intuitive navigation flow, and enhancing usability across the platform.

• Key improvements included the introduction of new features such as:

  - In-app Customer Support
  - OTP Verification at Login and Sign-Up

• These updates significantly improved user engagement and reinforced the platform’s reliability and ease of use.

OTIF is an online international freight and logistics services marketplace, newly defined and known as super grid logistics.

• Collaborated directly with the CEO to design and develop the MVP for a freight shipping platform tailored to the Mexican market.

• Conducted in-depth research to understand the freight logistics ecosystem and translate insights into intuitive user flows.

• Designed core features including onboarding (RFC-based sign-up), shipment dashboard, tracking system, and payment checkout.

• Built user-friendly interfaces for managing quotes, scheduled shipments, massive shipment uploads (.CSV), and real-time analytics.

• Developed features for ecommerce store integrations, sub-account management (business/personal), and a reward-based referral system.

• Supported multiple payment methods including PayPal, MercadoPago, OXXO, SPEI, Amazon Pay, and wire transfer.

• Delivered mobile-responsive dashboard screens to enhance usability for customers on the go.

• Iterated designs quickly based on CEO feedback and user testing, working in fast-paced sprints to meet weekly development milestones.
