Getronics is a global ICT integrator with portfolio including Digital Workplace, Business Applications, Smart Spaces, Multi-Cloud, Field & Onsite Support, Service Desk, Network Infrastructure, and Security & Compliance. 

Main achievements as an HR Lead:
> Introduction of the hybrid working model: supported the global project team and prepared guidelines as well as the local legal framework.
> Supported the transformation of the International Service Desk (Shift Left initiative).
> Renewed local compensation & benefit structure to ensure competitiveness of the International Service Desk.
> Implemented a successful Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Program.
> Facilitated the Culture Guardian, Getvibes (employee engagement survey) and GetJoin (internship program) global programs.
> Full compliance at internal and external audits (SOC 2, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001).

HR Lead

Main achievement: 
> Establishment of an internal People Services team to support UK, Germany, Hungary, BeNeLux,  France and Italy.
> Full compliance with all audit requirements ((SOC 2, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001).
> Reduced internal SLA and increased client satisfaction.

People Services Team Lead 

Main achievements:
> established the HR function at Getronics Hungary (IT Field Services & Service Delivery)
> introduced digitized payroll process flow
> harmonized HR processes across entities

MVM Hungarian Electricity Ltd.

Main achievement:
> prepared the functional statement of HR Business
Partnership within MVM Group

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency

Main achievements: 
> Top Performer Employee of the Service in 2016
> Implemented webinar series for HR colleagues with volunteering colleagues in Anglo-Africa
> served 1000+ clients with colleagues reassigned to the African continent

Main achievements:
> established the HR function, built-up the team and HR processes in Miskolc plant
> trained the entire organization on the Performance Management process
> coordinated and finalized the closure of Pécs plant

HR Generalist

I am passionate about creating value for the organization and its people, by leading change initiatives, developing talent, and fostering a culture of engagement and wellbeing. I have 20 years of experience in various HR roles across different sectors, such as manufacturing, shared service centers, IT servicing and recently banking. 
Having joined CIB Bank in 2023 I am supporting the COO as the single point of contact from HR, including IT, Back Office and Cybersecurity, BCM and Real Estate Management.
