> Budget management and setting of annual marketing objectives.
> Member of the Executive Committee, contributing to key business decisions.

> Enhancing the buyer journey to generate business opportunities & customers.
> Coordination with the sales team.
> Leading and contributing to key projects: product launches, international expansion.
> Public speaking in marketing events and conferences.

Key Achievements:
✔️ The marketing channel generates between 50% and 60% of new customers per year.

Since my studies, I have always wanted to fully invest myself in an entrepreneurial adventure and contribute tangibly to a company's growth. In 2016, I had the opportunity to join Plezi, an innovative company in marketing automation.

My Responsibilities:
> Built the marketing strategy from scratch: persona creation, content strategy, website redesign...
> Defined the lead generation strategy and implemented various acquisition and nurturing channels.
> Developed the lead management process within the CRM.

Key Achievement:
✔️ Set up a lead generation engine that enabled the company to generate over 2,000 qualified leads (MQLs) per year.

Sage is the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems. 

In charge of the development and the implementation of the prospecting operational marketing plan consistent with the development objectives of turnover.
> Creation, development and implementation of marketing plan
> Campaign management and lead generation: execution, optimisation, performance review. 
> Ensure the reporting and monitoring of performance indicators
> Development of small and highly specialised nurturing programs. 
> Collaborate closely with sales organisation to ensure that there is full visibility and reporting on campaigns and status of Leads
> Manage campaigns across Digital/Social tactics to help promote Sage’s local products and services

NCA Campaign Manager

In the marketing acquisition service, I worked on 4 channels: prospection, retail, e-retail and reseller. In a multichannel strategy, the objective was to recruit new leads. 

Direct Selling:
> Campaign management: execution, optimisation, performance review. 
> Establishment of lead generation lever. 
> Working closely with sales to ensure follow-up of leads and campaigns.
•	Ensure the reporting and monitoring of performance indicators

Indirect Selling:
> Development of business partners: campaign management, creation of a loyalty program partners.
> Organization of BtoB web seminars and events (IT PARTNER): coordination with internal and external providers, management of internal logistics, creation of POS and the roadbook. 
> Retail animation: creation of POS and Sales enablement tools & assets (Product Guides, customer reference search tool,...), realization of advertising campaigns for magazines.
> E-Retail Animation: coordination and implementation of marketing operations with e-commerce sites (Amazon, Fnac,…)

Digital marketing

Association Club du vieux manoir

Since 1952, the french association, le Club du vieux manoir, has welcomed more than 100,000 young people who participated in the restoration of 250 historical monuments in France.

My objective was to help the manager to make known the association on internet to involve volunteers, but also by the French embassies in France and abroad to develop it. 
•	Events: helped in planning and organisation of event (The annual Open House Day)
•	Digital: ensuring brand awareness through social media & search (SEO).
•	Communication: redaction of external contents (Press release)

Leader in BtoB Press for 20 years in France. 

My objective was to make known and develop the new business activity of the brand: institutional movies in BtoB. 
•	Community management: established a social media strategy
•	Commercial development: realization of a competitive benchmark and prospection
