Aderonke holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language with a minor in Philosophy and a Master in Public and International Affairs with over 12 years of experience working with various organizations in the Service Industry such as corporate services, human resources, client services, administrative, and managerial services and most recently digital marketing and product management. She is the Founder/Lead Consultant of Unicorn HR Consulting and is currently the managing partner of Unicorn Digital, NG. She has mostly worked in staffing/recruitment, training/coaching, managing clients and general business development. Her passion has earned her the opportunity to work with professionals across the globe. She is also the Convener of the Unicorn HR Circle, a platform for professionals who are willing to do what it takes to be valuable to themselves and any organization they find themselves in. With over 400 professionals passing through, Unicorn HR Circle is the place to be.
