A Professional Mechanical Engineer with experience on Quality control activities at construction and maintenance of petrochemical, oil &Gas sector. CSWIP 3.1 ASNT LEVEL 2 • Supervise Mechanical Quality Activities & to ensure that all works are in compliance with approved procedures & Project specifications and HSE requirements. •Monitoring Contractor & Sub contractors progress to ensure that site requirements are satisfied. •Carry out day-to-day surveillance and inspection activities. •Review WPS/ PQR. •Verifying that the welders are qualified to the approved WPS and maintain continuity records. •Responsible for the inspection of all welding and NDT works in the project covering. •Monitor welding process as per the WPS. Witness welder performance qualification and welder audits •Perform visual inspection on welds and release for NDT examination, review radiographic Films and reports. •Ensure implementation of HSE policy and HSE plan within the area of their jurisdiction
