I'm an electrical engineer who began his career in oil and gas and then transitioned into the world of technology and management consulting, where I've now spent more than 5 years growing my skills with a world-leader and Big-4 professional services firm. Serving the public sector, I've helped major government 🍁 entities across BC, AB, SK, MB, and ON strategize and transform not just their legacy and archaic systems to modern, integrated, and efficient software systems, but also their ways of working. From court systems and tribunals, to healthcare, to crown corporations, and even telecom and insurance leaders, I’ve been a core part of their transformations, primarily working with 🖥️ Salesforce-based solutions, but pushing it beyond just being CRM/ERP applications. As a purpose and impact driven professional, I find value in serving the public sector, because I know my work helps everyone in the country, because everyone is impacted by the government’s services and more importantly, their ability to access them. Recently, I’ve even helped the 🇨🇦 Government of Canada (ESDC) make significant strides in their Benefits Delivery Modernization mission to improve the way they deliver Canadians their benefits and passport services. Over my career, I've led and contributed to an enormous amount of business development that has won 💰 $100M+ of work, and even more in client/customer service and reputation. I know how to write winning proposals and I know how to estimate, plan, manage, and deliver work on time and on budget. I balance my career with strategic 🩵 volunteer work, leading and serving on the board for several nonprofit organizations. I've helped fundraise millions of dollars and delivered impact-driven work, research, and hope. I was even recognized as an Alberta Top 30 Under 30 in 2018 for my work in the nonprofit realm, especially advancing the UN SDGs. When not at my desk, you’ll find me practicing and immersing myself in the world of 🎶 Indian classical music, rehabilitating at-risk, adoptable dogs, and enjoying every bit of ☀️ sunshine possible through activities like hiking in the Canadian Rockies, swimming in the Bow River, and when I can’t run, taking my bicycle out for a ride.
