DEI leaders are focused on making systemic changes and don’t have the capacity to provide individualized support and coaching to employees from underrepresented groups who aren’t performing to their potential. 👩🏾‍🎓 The incredible potential of professionals from underrepresented groups remains untapped when they are stuck in imposter syndrome, burnout, and stress. 🙌🏾 When employees know they are unconditionally worthy they are able to overcome imposter syndrome, tap into their strengths and truly thrive and make an impact at work.
