Women in Sales, LLC is focused on elevating, empowering, and promoting women within the sales profession.

In order to realize this vision and create more equitable sales teams in the future, we recognize that everyone needs to be part of the conversation and contribute towards the progress.

Through facilitating conversations and sharing resources focused on enabling sales professionals, we believe that we can help mold the future of sales to be more inclusive.

Sistas In Sales (SIS) is the first national organization to serve women of color in professional sales careers with more than 5,000 members across the US. SIS’s membership represents a broad range of diverse women in media, software, finance, IT, education, and tech sales – with a focus on sharing knowledge and resources to build community, sisterhood, and empowerment through mastering the sales craft.

Adi is a first-generation college graduate and professional. She holds over 2+ years of customer facing sales experience in the tech/SaaS industry. She also enjoys helping marginalized communities reach professional and personal milestones. 

She is an avid learner and is fluent in Spanish and Japanese of which she's studied for over 7 years. She is also conversational in Korean and French. She hopes to one day be fluent in Portuguese!  She brings her multi-cultural perspective, empathy, and grit to her approach to work and life!
