My mission is to help organizations create a happy, healthy and inclusive workplace. In my 10+ years of HRM experience and 5+ years as an NGO leader, I’ve been consistently operating from the idea that happy and fulfilled people make the difference for an organization’s results and its impact on society. Being neurodivergent, a woman and having lived in 6 different countries, has helped me to understand and embrace the complexities of ‘fitting in’ while being different. As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Expert, I coach organizations to adopt an inclusive working culture by implementing systems, processes and ways of working that enable conscious, human centered behaviors and drive sustainable growth.
