As Head of Marketing at Sphere, I drive the company's branding and positioning efforts across multiple industries including Fintech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and more. My core focus is building brand awareness and driving performance-based lead generation strategies.

In my first three months, I led a team that achieved a 10x increase in lead generation and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through integrated marketing campaigns. I oversee two teams, Marketing and Business Development (BDR), with seven highly skilled professionals working remotely across the globe.

10x Lead Generation Growth: Increased MQLs and overall lead generation by tenfold within my first three months.
* Cross-Channel Success: Implemented multi-channel strategies to drive growth, leveraging content and digital channels like PPC, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns.
* Remote Team Leadership: Successfully lead and managed a diverse, international team to drive both upper and mid-funnel results.

Marketing team is playing a critical part in driving awareness and demand for the industrial AR SaaS product, SERVICE AR, in line with a Product-Led Sales strategy, by using effective content marketing and digital channels to engage and educate the target audience.

Main responsibilities are: 

* Developing Marketing Strategy: Successfully implemented a Product-Led Sales strategy, contributing to a 30% increase in demand for SERVICE AR.
* Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content that educates the target audience about industrial AR. This includes blog posts, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
* Social Media Marketing: Manage the company's presence on various social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with potential customers. This involves creating and sharing relevant content, monitoring conversations, and utilizing social advertising.
* Video Marketing: Develop a video marketing strategy that effectively communicates the value of the industrial AR SaaS solution. This may involve creating product demonstrations, tutorials, customer testimonials, and explainer videos.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to ensure that the company's content and website rank well in search engine results, making it easily discoverable by potential customers.
* Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through inbound marketing efforts. This includes optimizing landing pages, lead magnets, and email marketing campaigns.
* Brand Building: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence within the industrial AR sector, positioning the company as an industry leader and trusted source for AR solutions.

• Managing and driving the global marketing and growth team to reach the company goals by using PLG

Main responsibilities at Bitpanda were:

• Established two new teams, Product and Regional Marketing, resulting in a team of 10 after 12 months which drove in a matrix structure the whole marketing team (50+ people).
• Managing and driving the Product and Regional marketing team with all relevant marketing channels (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Content, E-mail Marketing, PR and Social Media Marketing)
• Achieved a user base growth from 1 to 3 million, positioning Bitpanda as a Unicorn.!
• Responsibilities of Hiring, Onboarding, Management, Coaching and Development of the marketing team
• Working closely with different departments (Product, Sales, Project management, Tech teams, etc. ) on achieving the best possible ROI by using Product Led Growth- Some of the duty as I was part of the extended leadership team
• Planning and coordinating marketing budgets (>10 million yearly) and strategy in accordance to organisational goals on global scale
• Growing the main crypto markets (DACH, Spain, France, Italy, Turkey and rest of Europe) and positioning Bitpanda as the one stop shop investment platform in Europe
• Launching successfully new markets and products as Crypto Index, Bitpanda Card and Stocks cross Europe
• Analysing the current market trends, developing & implementing a sustainable and successful marketing strategy and thus stabilise the establishment of Bitpanda in Europe - convincing founders to switch focus on user acquisition of new customers via mobile apps was a great success in lowering CAC and growing in new customers

Main responsibilities at kununu (employer branding platform) were:

• Managing and driving the global B2C marketing team with all relevant channels (Performance Marketing incl. Paid Social, PPC, SEO, E-mail Marketing and Social Media Marketing)
• Responsibilities of Hiring, Onboarding, Management, Coaching and Development of the marketing team
• Planning and coordinating marketing budgets and strategy in accordance to business goals
• Efficiently grew the US market, positioning kununu US in the 'Healthcare' subsegment
• Analysing the current market trends, developing & implementing a sustainable and successful marketing strategy and thus stabilise the establishment of kununu in the global market (DACH and US)
• Responsibility for the marketing KPIs and their continuous optimisation
• Developing a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to- day implementation
• Implemented cross-channel campaigns promoting new features, resulting in increased engagement

Shpock App | finderly GmbH

Main responsibilities at Shpock are:

• Defining marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategy and objectives (area’s: social marketing, partnerships, ASO & SEO, Product & Brand marketing, User acquisition, CRM and creative (in-house) team)
• Grew the user base from 3 to 11 million monthly active users (90% mobile)
• Building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals (from 6 to 22 team members) including hiring, on-boarding & development of 2 marketing data analysts
• Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets and strategy (>10 million yearly) in accordance to organisational goals
