Relationship Manager SME

ING Bank

Responsibilities:
- Initiate, maintain and develop the relationship with SME, offering banking products and services according to the current policies and procedures of ING Bank;
- Analyze the financial performance of the companies and elaborate the credit applications in order to be delivered for approval;
- Maintain a close relationship with the customer during the entire business relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and insure optimal management and centralized control for the Accounts Administration Department, taking into consideration the ING quality standards and all the policies, as well as the internal regulations;
- Manage non-lending products/services: current accounts and related products/services, deposits, investment accounts for mutual funds transactions, credit insurances, inheritors support and related activities as archiving;
- Human resources management: recruitment and training of the employees, coaching, motivating and encouraging them in personal and professional development, evaluation of the department performances;
- Focus on increasing the efficiency, simplifying the flows, developing the automation of team activities.

Manager - Accounts Administration Department

Responsibilities:
- Manage loan restructuring activities by coordinating the team dedicated to analysis, proposals and implementation of the customer requested loan restructuring solutions;
- Human resources management: recruitment and training of the personnel, coaching and motivating the employees, encouraging them in personal and professional development,  the team performances assessment;
- Focus on increasing the efficiency, simplifying the flows, developing the automation of team activities using six sigma principles.

Retail Restructuring Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate and monitor daily team activities;
- Supervise the activity regarding credit files analysis; assure full reception of the credit documentation;
- Train the new team members; provide the team with a vision of the project objectives and efficient task division; motivate and inspire team members; intervene and escalate when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues; encourage creativity, risk-taking and constant improvement by weekly meetings; familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, work procedures and software applications;
- Analyze the current situations, make proposals and requests for the team software applications developments regarding their implementation, test and improve them.
